Another handpicked team was brought together in the spring of 2009 to film a two part factual entertainment package, focusing on quite possibly the trickiest topic one could ever be asked to define – love! Our senior researchers identified a selection of unique, highly personal, emotive and at times quite startling love stories, from individuals and couples of different ages and backgrounds. These were interwoven seamlessly, to provide a portrait of romantic love in the 21st century. We are extremely grateful to everyone who took part in the programmes for their honesty, warmth and enthusiasm. “Ann An Gaol” (“In Love”) was broadcast on BBC ALBA in September 2009 and will be repeated in the near future.
